They demonstrated genuine affection for the cats under their care and went the extra mile to make sure every cat felt at home. The super professional team took great care of my skittish cat who had his first staycation. I wanted to send a heartfelt thank you for the wonderful care you provided to him during his stay. It was such a relief to know he was in such good hands. Daily updates were comforting. The room is clean and spacious with ample room for him to jump and hide (unlike some cat hotels which kept cats in small spaces) and the attentive service made all the difference. Thank you Brenda, Aileen and the team who showed so much love to him to make him feel comfortable. Appreciate the spa thrown on the last day to make him clean and ready to be picked up! We’ll definitely be back!

A very tranquil environment for the cats. My cats are regulars there and stayed there for 16 nights this time!! As usual the wonderful ladies (happiness butlers) also sent us updates everyday on poop/pee and whether the cats ate. Takes a load off my mind coz my cats are seniors. The ladies there were amazing and they also made time to bond with the cats and I can see my boys warming up to them with each stay. My boys are also kept clean and have regular brushing. They look so good coming home! Now when I travel, they don’t look so frightened to go for boarding because they know they are returning to their second “home” 
. My only choice for boarding now ♡ because I only trust Brenda and her team!

We wanted to provide the best boarding experience for our cats especially since it is their first! Most places are the cubby hole type and we didn’t wanted that for Pidan and Shourou. Hence it was no question that we picked The Luxe Meownor, with their huge rooms and vertical space. We had faith in their professional services (ethically as well).
We werent expecting our cats to get comfortable so quickly but turns out the “butlers” worked some magic and Pidan became a lap cat! Even Shourou who is always so cautious was enjoying all the pats received. We were surprised and almost jealous! 
Grateful for the regular updates in all forms on their appetite, bowels, mood, basically everything you think you need to know and more! They are also very experienced and would monitor any irregularities and recommend measures for them.

We always choose The Luxe Meownor, the only cat hotel we go to. This is the 3rd time we've boarded our cats here. We appreciate the cleanliness and excellent service provided by all the butlers.
They are the only cat hotel that operates until 10pm. When we're away on holidays, we want someone to check on our cats throughout the day.
In addition to their long opening hours, they go above and beyond to ensure our cats eat well, receive attention, and are groomed regularly. They provide multiple daily updates, including videos and photos, which some cat hotels charge extra for.
We have nothing to complain about; the extra care they give our cats is why we continue to choose them when we go on holidays.

The experience with The Luxe Meownor was amazing, first time boarding our cat there and it was a Wow! No need to worry about his stay there at all! The team there was awesome, we received regular updates everyday during our holiday so we are restful throughout our trip that our cat was well taken care of!
After checking out, the team will still follow up and check on our cat on his well-being whether if he is coping /adjusting well back home.
Definitely will return again, in fact we have already made another reservation with them for our next holiday trip, and I believe our cat are looking forward to see you guys soon!

Our kitchen and bathroom goes for reno and we needed a place of our 2 fur babies.I found 1 but my hubby didnt feel like its suitable for them. Luckily our Vet, Dr Forest , recommended ,The Luxe MeowNor and it was nearby our office. The place is huge, clean and the owner and staff are friendly, plus they keep us updated of what’s happening morning and evening, everyday!
The staff spend time playing, brushing their fur, etc.. 100% recommend this place.

First timer here. Extremely hesitant on boarding our cats anywhere at first due to all the horror stories we hear online. Then I remembered Luxe Meownor as I'm a member of the Cats & Kittens SG FB page. Told my wife that if there is ever a place I would trust, it would be Luxe Meownor. She said she wanted to see the place, so we called up Luxe Meownor and set up an appointment to view and get a feel of the place. Aileen welcomed us and showed us around. Aileen is so great; she was very warm and friendly and spent great lengths to explain things to us and give us assurance that our furbabies are in good hands. We wanted to get two rooms at first, as our two male cats, Nutella and Ashley, don't get along very well. But then Brenda appeared and told us not to waste money and just get one room. She was very confident the three of them would be ok and also assured us with contingency plans in case the two boys fight. Turns out, she was right! The two boys did not fight at all the entire 7 days they were there. Now they're safe at home and wow they are still chill with each other so far.
The MBC1 room that we took was spacious and clean. Our lady cat Vanilla loved the balcony. She would spend all day just relaxing there, looking outside. The cat tree was great. It provided ample safe space for all three cats to sleep.
We also received daily updates, photos and videos of our furbabies. The staff really went above and beyond and caring for our cats. Brenda even brushed Vanilla's fur and trimmed her paw furpad. She also took care of Vanilla's chin acne.
The entire team was very accomodating with our requests. Everyone was very nice, friendly and assuring. We would definitely recommend Luxe Meownor to anyone and would definitely return to board again.

My ragdoll stayed at luxemeownor for 8 nights. The moment i checked her in, the place gives me a cozy and warm feeling. (They welcome you for a room tour before booking but i did not go.) The place is clean and defintely a hygienic place for the cats. Mine stayed in the bed chamber and it definitely made me less guilty that she is staying in a comfortable and not a small cubby hole. There was a mini climbing frame on the wall to entertain her as well. Over these 8 nights, i never fail to get photo and video updates daily about how she is adapting, her makan situation and her pee and poo status. Their prompt and warm service really makes me feel like i have checked my cat into a 5 star hotel. The staff also play with and accompany the cats at least once a day. Special shoutout to Brenda and Aileen for impressing me with their love, knowledge and dedication for the cats. Have already reserved a space for her when i go on my next holiday!

When we finally decided to travel, we knew that The Luxe Meownor is the place we want our cat to stay in. Brenda, Aileen and their team of happiness butlers were simply amazing. We received video and photo updates twice daily and that really sets our minds at ease. Even when our cat refused to eat for the first few days, the team was so patient in caring for her and did whatever they could to coax her to eat.
