This is our first time putting our cat (Lulu) in boarding. We had very good experience as the team in Luxe Meownor are very professional and caring towards Lulu. We received many updates daily with photos and videos. This gives us lots of assurances that Lulu is well taken care of. We are able to put our mind to focus in our personal tasks which we needed to manage during the period Lulu was in boarding.
The team also did multiple follow ups with us on Lulu to check on her after we returned home. They gave us advices on what to do and how to manage Lulu. As a first time cat owner, I learned a lot through our conversations.
I would highly recommend The Luxe Meownor and I would definitely return back if I need to send Lulu for boarding again. 😊

This was our second time boarding our cat, Twinkle, at The Luxe Meownor, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Compared to her first stay, she settled in much faster this time, all thanks to the outstanding care and attention provided by the dedicated team.
They took the time to understand her temperament and needs, and it really showed in how calm and comfortable she appeared throughout her stay.
We received updates and videos at least twice a day, sometimes more. These thoughtful updates not only showed Twinkle enjoying her time but also gave us immense peace of mind knowing she was well cared for.
The facility itself is excellent—clean, quiet, and cosy, creating a calm environment for the cats. The rooms are spacious and thoughtfully designed to keep cats comfortable and entertained, with plenty of room for Twinkle to stretch, play, and relax.
We’re truly grateful for the care Twinkle received and wouldn’t hesitate to board her there again.
had a great experience boarding with The Luxe Meownor for the first time! It was my cat’s first time at boarding. She was really timid and scared, but the team at The Luxe Meownor were really patient, gentle and caring. My cat managed to open up to them in such a short time even though i board my cat with them for only 5 nights 😊
They provide multiple quality food options for both wet and dry food and adjust accordingly if my cat doesn’t like the food options i choose. They also provide cat litter and multiple updates throughout the day which made me very assured to know my cat is doing well, eating and pooping well, i really appreciate that! I love how these are all provided by them at no additional costs, and it made my experience with cat boarding really fuss free 👍🏻

Been a follower of cats and kittens sg for years. Glad that Brenda has opened a cat hotel . The Luxe Meownor. At first, I feel they are kind of strict on their rules. Without health certificates they don’t accept my booking 😄But on the other end I also feel that’s the correct way of doing business. Not only to earn money but cat safety is on their priority. Recently boarded my two kitties with them for 5 nights. Surprised that they sent texts and videos on my two cats daily activities several times a day. That’s really make me a cat owner to feel my cats are on the safe hands😊
Definitely I will return when I travel again. My advice to book in advance cos they are quite packed during festival season.

kitty took a few days to warm up to her butlers but once she did, it was evident that she really enjoyed her stay 🙂 it was the first time I saw her being reluctant enough to go home that she didn't hop into her carrier right away! Of course on our side, we were also very nervous about leaving kitty to go on vacation, but with regular updates on her condition (enjoying her 9 lives to the max), we were able to enjoy our trip 🤩
so glad that I already booked her staycation for my upcoming trip in a few months. Aileen the meownager even gave her a small pack of their in-house food menu to try so I wouldn't have to bring cartons of my own food for my next trip. I don't think we will ever send kitty to any other cat hotel as long as TLM has a room for our baby ♡

BOARDING AGREEMENT
Please ensure that you have read through these terms and conditions before entering into a boarding agreement with THE LUXE MEOWNOR (TLM) c/o Purr Edition Singapore Pte Ltd. The conditions contained in the boarding agreement are legally binding. By placing a reservation with us, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
THE LUXE MEOWNOR (TLM) reserves the right to accept or reject any boarding proposal as we deem fit without assigning a reason.
☞ Rates quoted are in Singapore Dollars.
☞ Our modes of payment are via Bank Transfer or Pay Now to our business registered UEN. 50% payment of the total stay is required to secure the booking. Balance 50% payment and/or any additional charges incurred pre-check in are to be paid on check in day. 100% payment is required for promo deals/discounted rates. Full refund will be arranged for cancellation that is informed and acknowledged by TLM 21 days before check in date, and refund will be processed between 45-60 days from date of cancellation received. In the event of no-show, the deposit/payment paid will be forfeited. Refunds are subject to TLM’s full discretion.
☞ Should there’s a change of the boarding duration, there’ll be no refund for shortened stay and extended stay is subject to availability and will be charged based on our published rates. Any additional charges incurred during the stay are required to be paid in full on or before check out day.
☞ Only cats with up to date vaccinations or a test report with sufficient anti-bodies will be accepted with the exception for kittens below 2 months old or any cat that has a special condition, a Vet’s Memo/Letter must serve as a supporting document as mandated by the licensing authority. Your cat(s) must be vaccinated at least 14 days prior to their stay with us and the next Vaccination date must be specified. FeLV & FIV and sterilisation records are required to be emailed to TLM 21 days prior to check in day, otherwise booking will be considered null and deposit paid will be forfeited.
☞ Cats from different households are not allowed to inter-mingle. In the event if cats of the same household sharing a bed chamber displaying aggression towards each other, it’ll be at TLM’s discretion to separate the cats to different bed chambers and charges for boarding will be applied accordingly. Owner agrees that TLM will not be responsible for injuries that are derived from cat fights for cats of the same household sharing a bed chamber and that Owner has given the consent to place them in the same bed chamber.
☞ All cats must be checked in using secured carrier. Owner agrees and allows TLM to keep the cat(s) in a carrier temporarily when it’s necessary, such as while the bed chamber is being cleaned and disinfected or if maintenance of the room is being carried out.
☞ All checked in cats must be free of external and internal parasites. Licensing authority mandated that Owners are required to administer topical spot-on such as Revolution Plus and deworming during our assessment on check-in day or owners to produce records if these have been administered prior to boarding.Should the cat be not fit to be administered, Owner is required to produce a Vet memo with details of the cat’s condition. It is mandatory that Owner must make aware of any illnesses of the cat to TLM at the booking stage. Failing which, TLM has the right to decline boarding should upon check-in day the illness is noticed, and deposit paid is not refundable.
☞ Any cat left uncollected without prior notice for 7 days will be subject to TLM’s discretion and arrangement.
☞ Should there be any medical emergency that requires immediate action (e.g., collapsed, difficulty in breathing, bleeding profusely), TLM will make reasonable efforts to contact you and your alternate contact provided at the booking form. Failing which, we will seek immediate vet attention for your cat at the emergency vet clinic contact you’ve provided. If you’ve not provided an Emergency Vet contact, we’ll send your cat to VES Hospital or any other available Emergency Vet at our discretion. All costs incurred including staff attendance, vet charges, transportation, or necessary peripherals, shall be the Owner’s responsibility.
☞ Owner understands that the risks of illnesses, disease, or harm and hereby releases and waives all rights to claim against TLM, its employees, members, or agents, from all losses, damages, costs, and expenses arising out of or in connection with any communicable disease, airborne virus, or any other medical condition or injury contracted by Owner’s cat at TLM. Owner acknowledges and understands that regardless of the amount of supervision, it is beyond TLM’s ability to detect issues, diseases, and illnesses, whereas TLM agrees to provide reasonable care and to update Owner whenever necessary.
☞ Owner agrees and allows TLM to use cat’s name and any images or video recordings while he/she is boarded at TLM, in any form, for use at any time, in any media, marketing, advertising, illustration, trade or promotional materials without compensation.
The following health documents must bear the owner's (name used for booking) and cat’s particulars. All documents are required to be emailed to us at least 21 days before check-in after your booking is confirmed, otherwise booking will automatically be cancelled should documents not be received in due time.
FeLV & FIV Blood Test Report (cat must be beyond 4 months old when test is conducted for accuracy)
Vaccination Record ('Next Due Date' is mandatory to be reflected in the record and must not be expired during boarding period)
All cats are required to be administered with both external and internal parasites prevention and control. For cats that are unfit for application of topical spot-on application, a Vet’s verification letter/memo that the cat is fit for boarding is required and can only be boarded at our isolated rooms and subject to availability.
Cats above 6 months old must be neutered/spayed prior to boarding. For cats that are unfit for sterilization, they may be boarded but if they display in-heat signs, the owner will need to make their own arrangements to transfer them to other facility at your own cost and remaining boarding fees will not be refunded.
Owners are required to endorse the Boarding Agreement which will be presented to you on check-in day after your cat has satisfied the check-in assessment.
Owners are required to ensure that their cats are fit for boarding. The Luxe Meownor deserves the right to reject boarding should we find your cat(s) is unfit, displaying signs such as flu, ringworm, fleas, mites during check-in assessment.
A full refund will be arranged for cancellation of boarding by email that is informed and acknowledged by us 21 days before check-in date, and refund will be processed between 45-60 days from date of cancellation notice received.
From 31 Aug 2026, all guests are required to be microchipped and obtained AVS cat license as mandated by AVS new Cat Framework. These information will be required to be submitted to us when a booking is made.
Booking will be considered null and deposit/payment made will be forfeited should the cat owner is unable to satisfy the above requirements.
