For owners who prefer to BYO, please do provide at least 20% extra based on the length of stay.
For medication/supplements, there’ll be no extra charge if it’s added into meals. If oral medication is required, Post Vet Care of $20 per cat/per night applies.

Furnishing & Amenities

In-house designed cat usage centric wall furniture using non-toxic materials
Invisible Safety Grilles 1.5” Gap (Acrylic Panel will be installed for small sized cats)
Scratch Board
Glass/Ceramic/Metal dishes (comes with elevated stand on request) or Slow Feeding Mat for Food & Water, wash daily
Litter Pan x 1 no (for BC1 to BC9, VBC1 & VBC2) / x 2 nos (for MBC1 & MBC2 Only)
Storage Pawsonal Cabinet in each bed chamber for pawsonal belongings such as BYO fur brush, toothbrush or BYO food/litter
65-inch LCD TV playing Nature Videos (for BC3/BC4/BC5/BC6) or Soothing Music

Bed Chambers and Surrounding Temperature are maintained between 25-28degC
Night lights from dusk till dawn
Daily Housekeeping and Disinfecting of bed chambers twice a day clearing of litter. Litter pan will be washed and litter will be changed totally new for each 7 days of continuous length stay.
Once a day update of cat’s well being along with a short video/photo
Video call between 2-5pm SGT
Visitations are welcome between 2-5pm daily with prior appointment made with us, subject to available visitation slots

Fur Brushing & Nails Trimming
Teeth Brushing (Owner to provide cat’s pawsonal toothbrush/toothpaste or purchase 1 from us)
Fur Massage using Organic Pure Extra Virgin Coconut Oil (Frequency subject to duration of stay. Recommended once a week.)

Other Information

All bed chambers are cleaned and disinfected daily with pet safe disinfectant. Litter are cleared and topped up at least twice a day. For stay duration of more than 7 days, litter will be changed out totally once every 7 days for Tofu Litter and 10 days for Plant Fibre.
For BYO meals, please do provide at least 20% extra based on the total meals for the stay. Please pack in loose cans/carton for wet food and dry food in air-tight container.
For oral feeding of medication/supplement(non-refrigerated type), there'll be no extra charge if it's added into the meals. For medication/supplements that are mandatory to be fed including application of topical medication, additional charge under 'Post Vet Care' applies.
For the comfort of our MeowLords and MeowLadies, owners are encouraged to bring guest's used linen/favorite toy and a small bag of used litter without pee/poo clump for scent familiarization.
Due to the change in environment, it's normal for a cat not to eat/eliminate for up to about 3-4 days, hence may have weight change. Should on the 4th day your MeowLord/Lady is still not consuming any food or water, it'll be a concern for us and if there is significant weight loss due to the MeowLord/Lady's inability to adjust, we will inform you to discuss an alternative care strategy.
